I carry out a regular series of workshops throughout the year teaching bonsai. I recommend that students try to come at least 4 times through the year to learn the correct work in each season. March/April for repotting and styling work. June/July for summer pruning. September/October for autumn pruning. And once in the winter for evergreen styling, deciduous assessment work and display.

    Usually these workshops are limited to 5 people per 1 day session. Smaller groups or one to one teaching is available.

    There are many other topics that I can offer as special subjects like - group plantings, rock plantings and kusamono or accent plantings.

My workshops are held at my house but I can also travel to accommodate other groups. Please call or email for prices.
